Don Fulano Añejo Tequila is a refined, aged Mexican tequila crafted from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave in the highlands of Jalisco. This añejo expression is matured for an extended period in carefully selected oak barrels — including French Limousin and Nevers oak casks that previously held fine wines — resulting in a spirit with layers of depth, complexity, and elegance. 

• Flavor: Smooth and complex with notes of cooked agave, caramel, vanilla, dried fruit, baking spice, and oak, often accented by hints of cocoa, cardamom, and mellow menthol on the finish. 

• Food Pairing: Best enjoyed with dark chocolate, aged cheeses (like Gouda or Manchego), rich desserts, or alongside a fine cigar, and also versatile enough to complement grilled meats or savory tapas.
