The wine undergoes barrique aging, resulting in a touch of vanilla which increases the wine’s complexity without masking the aroma of this variety. 10% of the wine is then aged in French and American oak barrels for 4 months before blending.
Vibrant ruby red in color, Bolla Cabernet Sauvignon is soft and fruit forward with raspberry and ripe blackberry flavors.
